DEFINITIONS
- Heavy or repeated traffic offenses may result in your vehicle being impounded and/or your license being revoked.
- Law Enforcement Officers can only charge for possession of illegal narcotics once, even if a suspect holds multiple substances (e.g., crack and chemicals) simultaneously. No charges can be duplicated.
- The punishments listed are the maximum penalties that may be imposed.
- Ticketable offenses cannot be charged alone unless paired with a non-ticketable offense, with the exception of "Misuse of 911 Hotline."
- Law Enforcement Officers should use the full charge name (e.g., "Failure to Comply" instead of "FTC").
I. Crimes Against the Person
- 01. Intimidation - $250
Communicating toward another person that they will suffer bodily harm. - 02. Battery - $500
Applying violence against a person, causing physical damage or harm. - 03. Attempted Murder - $3500
Attempting to kill another person. - 04. Murder - $5000
The killing of another person without justification or valid excuse. - 05. Kidnapping - $3000
Detaining or arresting another person without their consent. - 06. Grand Theft Auto - $250
Theft of a vehicle.
II. Control of Deadly Weapons
- 01. Possession of an Illegal Firearm - $1000
- 02. Distribution of an Illegal Firearm - $1000
- 03. Manufacture of an Illegal Firearm - $1000
- 04. Brandishing A Firearm - $500
- 05. Discharge of A Firearm - $500
Discharging a firearm without a justifiable motive. - 06. Drive-By Shooting - $3500
Discharging a firearm from inside a vehicle without a justifiable motive.
III. Control of Illegal Substances
- 01. Possession of Illegal Narcotics - $1000
Cocaine, chemicals, and methamphetamine are prohibited substances, except for weed/pot. - 02. Distribution of Illegal Narcotics - $1000

IV. Oversight of Traffic Violations
- 01. Evading a Law Enforcement Officer - $1000
Refusing to pull over after a law enforcement officer has ordered you to do so. - 02. Driving Without a Valid License - $250
Operating a vehicle without a driver's license. - 03. Reckless Driving - $250
Driving in a manner that creates a hazard to traffic or the environment. - 04. Vehicular Endangerment - $500
Using your vehicle in a way that endangers passengers, pedestrians, or nearby residents. - 05. Failure to Abide by A Traffic Stop - $250
Failing to follow instructions given by a law enforcement officer at a traffic stop. - 06. Driving Under the Influence of an Illegal Substance - $1000
Operating a vehicle while under the influence of illegal substances. - 07. Transportation of Illegal Goods - $1000
Transporting illegal goods in a vehicle. - 08. Speeding - $100 - $1000
Operating a vehicle at a high speed.
V. Offenses Pertaining to Public Order
- 01. Disturbing the Peace - $1000
Creating a dangerous or intimidating situation in a public place. - 02. Terrorism - $5000
Systematically threatening or causing fear and intimidation on a grand scale. - 03. Robbery - $2500
Taking someone's property against their will by force, fear, intimidation, or assault. - 04. Bank Robbery - $5000
Participating in a criminal group actively stealing money from a bank. - 05. Gang Affiliation - $500
Being part of a criminal organization and displaying it publicly. - 06. Unlawful Assembly - $1000
Failing to protest or demonstrate peacefully in a designated “free zone” or without proper permits or authorization. - 07. Incitement to Riot - $2000
Deliberately agitating or intending to agitate a crowd or group to promote violence or civil unrest.
VI. Violations Involving Governance
- 01. Trespassing - $250
Being in a restricted area without permission and refusing to leave after being told to do so by a law enforcement officer. - 02. Federal Communication Commission Violation - $250
Unlawful advertising or creating advertisements with illegal content. - 03. Impersonating A Law Enforcement Officer - $500
Claiming to be part of a law enforcement agency without authorization. - 04. Misuse of the 911 Hotline - $250
Using the 911 hotline inappropriately, including reporting non-existent crimes or insulting staff. - 05. Bribery - $1000
Offering money, goods, services, or anything else to a law enforcement officer in an attempt to alter your punishment. - 06. Aiding and Abetting - $2500
Assisting another civilian in committing a crime. - 07. Failure to Comply - $250
Failing to follow the instructions of a law enforcement officer. - 08. Resisting Arrest - $250
Preventing a law enforcement officer from arresting you.
