If you're trying to recover a lost account or scammed items, provide as much information as possible.
We are not responsible for transactions carried out outside of the game. You trade at your own risk.
We do not recover purchased or sold accounts.

In-Game Requests
If you are banned in game, do not submit an administrative request. You should submit a ban appeal here.
You are entitled to provide us with evidence supporting your request.
We do not issue refunds without the proper evidence.
We do not change the house levels.
We do not change genders, ages, phone numbers, or license plates. You must be a Donator or purchase one.
In case of a rollback, you should provide solid evidence to support everything you're requesting.
Account Recoveries
Please be patient during the account recovery process and avoid repeatedly tagging administrators.
We do not recover shared accounts under any circumstances.
Your account is your responsibility. We are not liable for how, why, or when it was compromised. While most of your account data will be restored, items that can no longer be traced may not be recovered.
We do not support transferring stats from other servers.
Providing solid evidence will expedite the recovery process.
Any attempt to alter evidence in order to claim another person's account will result in severe consequences.

Do not post requests related to ban appeals, complaints, or any other applications/forms, as they are handled by different departments.
If you want to add something to an admin request that doesn't involve you, please PM the original poster or any member of the Support Department staff.
We do not increase avatar sizes upon request—restrictions are in place for a reason.
When requesting a name change, it's helpful to have two options ready in case one is already taken.
