Welcome to Ultimate Roleplay! To ensure a fair and enjoyable gaming experience for everyone, please read and follow the rules below. Violations may result in penalties, including bans and fines.

General Responsibilities

Account Responsibility: You are responsible for securing your account and IP address. Keep your login details confidential; no legitimate source or staff member will ask for your password. Report any suspicious activity immediately.
Use Common Sense: The rules are designed to improve your gaming experience. If your actions negatively affect others or disrupt gameplay, you may be penalized, even if not explicitly covered in the rules. Treat others with respect and use your judgment.

Security and Modifications

Illegal Modifications: Engaging in troll-hacking, warping, or other destructive modifications is prohibited and will result in account suspension.
Hacking and Exploits: Any attempts to hack or exploit the game for an unfair advantage are forbidden. This includes:
- Revealing hidden information
- Aim alterations
- Paycheck and auto-job farming
- Distributing or sharing hacks
Penalties:
- 1 Month Ban + 50% fine on total wealth
- 3 Months Ban + 100% fine on total wealth
- 6 Months Ban + Account Termination
- Permanent Ban
Accounts in net cafés will be disabled for the duration of the ban, and every player on that IP will be banned for 7 days.
Ban Evading: Creating alternative accounts to bypass a ban is strictly forbidden. Attempts to evade a ban will result in an extended ban.
Penalties:
- 1 Month Ban (additional)

Gameplay Conduct

Deathmatch: Attacking players without a valid in-character reason is considered deathmatching. This includes:
- Attacking over disputes in public channels
- Killing players for refusing to leave public places
- Using vehicles to harm players or ninja-jack them
- Killing over gambling, drug-related issues, or spamming
- Killing most wanted players without a valid in-character reason
- Defending friends in non-gang scenarios
Penalties:
- Weapon Restrictions and Prison Time based on severity:
  - 2 Hours Prison + Weapon Restriction (2 hours)
  - 4 Hours Prison + Weapon Restriction (4 hours)
  - 6 Hours Prison + Weapon Restriction (6 hours)
  - 8 Hours Prison + Weapon Restriction (8 hours)
  - 10 Hours Prison + 50% wealth fine
  - 1 Month Ban (for non-hacking offenses)
Revenge-Killing: Taking revenge on a player who has recently killed you is not allowed, except in specific scenarios like gang wars or certain roleplay situations.
Penalties:
- As per deathmatch penalties
Plane Bombing and Excessive Vehicle Ramming: Using aircraft or vehicles to damage players is prohibited unless there is a roleplay justification (e.g., police chases).
Penalties:
- 60-120 Minutes Prison
Metagaming: Using out-of-character information in in-character scenarios is prohibited.
Penalties:
- Fine ($1,000) + Prison Time:
  - 5 Minutes
  - 15 Minutes
  - 30 Minutes
Power Gaming: Performing actions that your character realistically cannot do or forcing situations on others is prohibited.
Penalties:
- 60-120 Minutes Prison
Scamming: Offering a service or item and not delivering after receiving payment. Players below level 10 cannot be scammed or scam others. The maximum scam amount is $20,000. Real-life payment scams are not covered except for donations. Scammers caught dealing with scammed money will face additional penalties.
Penalties:
- 1 Month Ban + Double the amount scammed/robbed
- 3 Months Ban + Double the amount scammed/robbed
- 4 Months Ban + Double the amount scammed/robbed
- Permanent Ban
Robbing: Forcing a player to give something of value. Players below level 10 cannot be robbed or rob others. The maximum rob amount is $20,000. You cannot rob the same player within 24 hours. Must give 60 seconds for the player to respond. Robbery cannot occur in overcrowded public places.
Penalties:
- 120 Minutes Prison + Double the robbed amount fine
Donation Scamming: Promising to purchase items for donations and not delivering.
Punishment:
- Permanent Ban
Money, Paycheck, or Auto-Job Farming: Using multiple accounts to transfer money or scripts to farm money or jobs.
Penalties:
- 1 Month Ban + Double the amount gained
- 3 Months Ban + Double the amount gained
- 4 Months Ban + Double the amount gained
- Permanent Ban

Communication Conduct

Improper Use of OOC Channels: Misusing advertisement, global, or newbie channels.
- No OOC matters, foreign languages, capitalized text, or offensive content in advertisement channels.
- No excessive capitalization, IC matters, spamming, or foreign languages in global channels.
- No non-script related questions, foreign languages, or spamming in newbie channels.
Penalties:
- Mute + Prison Time or Fine
Spamming: Excessively repeating the same message or command.
Penalties:
- Fine + Prison Time
Server Advertising: Advertising other SA-MP servers or communities.
Penalties:
- 1 Month Ban
- 3 Months Ban
- 4 Months Ban
- Permanent Ban

Avoidance and Information Disclosure

Logging/Tabbing to Avoid: Leaving the game to avoid an arrest.
Penalties:
- 90 Minutes Prison + Account Warn
- If money is hidden or gambled to avoid fines, the account will be temporarily banned until the money is traced and a warning will be issued.
Releasing Sensitive Information: Publicly disclosing real-life information or confidential in-game details.
Penalties:
- 60-120 Minutes Prison and/or Fine (20% of total wealth with a minimum of $20,000)
Knowingly Hiding Information or Providing False Statements: Failing to report or hiding information from admins, or giving false statements.
Penalties:
- 60-120 Minutes Prison and/or Fine (20% of total wealth with a minimum of $20,000) and/or Temporary Ban
